Elias (Leo) T. Manos, Esquire, formed Manos Law Firm, LLC in September 2013 and has well over a decade of legal experience in such areas as land use development and zoning law, complex litigation, real estate law, municipal law, tax appeals and municipal court practice.
Leo is a lifelong resident of Atlantic County and a graduate of Atlantic City High School. He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and obtained his law degree from Villanova University School of Law. He is currently licensed to practice law in both the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Prior to forming Manos Law Firm, LLC, Leo served as Law Clerk to New Jersey Superior Court Judge Daryl F. Todd, Sr. J.S.C. (retired) and was employed for approximately eight years by a well recognized and prestigious law firm in Atlantic County.
In addition to his private clients, Leo is currently the Solicitor for several Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards throughout Atlantic County. Leo is also a Trustee for the Atlantic County Bar Association as well as the Margate City Beach Patrol Alumni Association.
